As a brand focused on creating a straightforward user experience ecosystem, we provide a plethora of marketing and educational materials, software, and other resources for free, concentrated in the same place. You can find these materials directly on our website www.a-dena.com, where they are divided into sections.
The first section, ‘Products’, lists out all current AREC and RADA products. All products are divided into categories: stations, tracking systems, cameras, and accessories. For each product, there is a special page with its defining features and hyperlinks to datasheets and other materials.
The next section, ‘Solutions’ is divided into categories for the 5 primary vertical markets that AREC and RADA products are most used in: Education, Government, Corporate, Healthcare, and Events. Each section contains some of the key advantages that AREC systems offer to users in this market and links to relevant case studies. This section also has a page for our ‘Technology Partners’ — integrated VCMS platforms and microphone discussion systems. These integrations open up new ways of using the products together and streamline user experience.
Case studies, posts, webinars, and other news can be found in the ‘News and Events’ section. Click 'News' to see posts on all topics in the same place. You can use tags to filter posts by product categories, names, vertical markets, and technologies. Click ‘Webinar Videos’ to access all our past webinars in the same place.
Our ‘Resources’ section contains all sorts of valuable information for you:
Open the ‘Technical Information’ page to access datasheets, manuals, and guides. Everything is divided into categories for your convenience. If a material is available, it is marked with ‘✓’ and can be clicked on, and if not, it will be marked as ‘✗’.
Navigate to ‘Firmware & Applications’ to download updates or software for your AREC and RADA products. You can check the latest version available for your device, as well as release notes on this page. Before updating your devices, take a look at the Firmware Update Policy at the top of this page — this document was made to explain and simplify the update process. To download any material, click the ‘Firmware download’ or ‘Application download’ button, and fill out the form. This will open the Google Drive folder where all firmware and applications are divided into two folders: one for cameras, and another for stations.
‘ADENA Hacks’ is our monthly blog about useful tips and tricks for AREC and RADA products and various AV technologies. You can use tags to filter posts by product categories, names, vertical markets, and technologies.
A variety of product videos, training videos, teasers and more can be found in ‘Product Videos’ and ‘Training Videos’ pages. Alternatively, you can watch all of our videos on the ADENA Limited YouTube channel.
Open ‘Catalogues’ to look through and download available brochures, comparison tables and more.
In the ‘For Partners’ section, you will find our free training course called ‘ADENAcademy’. You can find more information about what this course will teach you in our post about it. You can click ‘Project Registration’ to register your projects with AREC and RADA devices and make it possible for our team to protect your work. Clicking ‘Partners access’ will take you to our NAS. You can create an account by asking your ADENA sales manager. Account holders can download editable versions of all materials, product images in the original resolution, access our sales kit, and more. Lastly, this section also contains a link to ‘ARECloud’ - AREC’s free cloud-based control and preview platform for Media Stations. More information about ARECloud is available in our previous posts on it: here and here.
To get in touch with our team, simply open the ‘Contact us’ page and fill out the form. Alternatively, text us through the live chat function. It is managed purely by our sales and technical team, so you will always be talking to a human.
If you want to see how AREC and RADA products work live, discuss their applications, or anything else, you can request a meeting by filling out the form via the ‘Request a Live Demo’ section. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm the meeting subject, time, and meeting platform.
Last, but not least, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter! We are sending a monthly newsletter called the ADENA Journal, a digest with case studies, ADENA Hacks, and other product news.
That is all for this time! Please feel free to reach out to us at www.a-dena.com at any time for advice, support, or anything else our team can help you with. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
