ADENA Hack: How to control multiple AREC cameras with a remote

AREC PTZ cameras come with remote controllers which have many useful features. One of them allows you to assign “command dials”. With this function, you can independently control up to 4 cameras with the same remote controller. In order to use it, first, press “*” button, then press “#”, and then a command dial button that you would like your camera to respond to - for example, red “F1” button to make this camera №1, green “F2” for №2, and so on for the other numbers. You can then use gray buttons “1”, “2”, “3”, and “4” in the top segment of the remote controller to select which camera to control.

This function can help you reduce the amount of remotes in a room and make controlling easy - a goal that is always a top priority for AREC.
